Suzanne Vizethann, founder and co-owner of the Hungry Peach, plans to open a new restaurant in September of this year. She's calling the breakfast and lunch concept in the Chastain area on Roswell Road Buttermilk Kitchen. The restaurant will serve food made with fresh, local ingredients daily from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will also put on a Fried Chicken Dinner Night once a week.
Last year, Chef Suzanne ran the BYOBakeshop pop-up dinner series with Bakeshop owner Jonathan St. Hilaire and appeared on an episode of Food Network show Chopped, which she won. Her Hungry Peach dishes like truffled brownies, sweet basil chicken salad, and pimiento cheese can currently be found at Lucy's Market in Buckhead.
