PERIMETER – Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar released a “Bar la Carte” menu with six options heartier than traditional bar bites but still sharable. They include salt and pepper shrimp served with crispy fried green beans, thin slices of lemon and a caper-mustard dipping sauce; prime steakhouse meatballs in a spicy peppercorn sauce with shitake mushrooms; and Fleming’s original prime rib melt, slow-roasted and tacked on a toasted parmesan baguette with Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, whole-grain mustard, horseradish slaw and au jus for dipping. These items are available in the bar area nightly. [EaterWire]
WESTSIDE – Corner Tavern is offering all-you-can-eat snow crab legs and garlic cheese biscuits for $18.75 on Wednesdays in West Midtown, Fridays in Edgewood and East Point and Sundays in Little Five. Steamed corn and potatoes are available for an additional $3. [EaterWire]
CASTLEBERRY HILL – Bottle Rocket has added boozy slushies called frozees to its menu. "You never know what we're going to be putting in the slushie machine," said Bottle Rocket owner Josh Calvin. "Sometimes it may be a watermelon lemonade other days it is a Shandy." The frozees cost $4 to $6. [EaterWire
