Lure opens next month, and the menu is up on its new website. The list of dishes is divided into three categories: raw, chilled, and really fresh; for you or for sharing; and sizable servings. The seafood items include cold water oysters on the half-shell, salmon tartare, grilled octopus, seafood sausage cassoulette, and fried ipswich clams and rhode island calamari, and there are vegetarian, poultry, and red meat options as well.
