Market Meals at Valenza; A New Patio at Frank Ski's; More

BUCKHEAD – Frank Ski’s Restaurant & Lounge has revamped its patio to bring out the “Miami flavor” through the use of cabanas, waterfalls, bright red seating and large white umbrellas. The cabanas can be reserved in advance. [EaterWire]

DOWNTOWN – BLT Steak has extended its Boucherie Series—in which Chef Cyrille Holota uses multiple parts of the same animal in a meal—once again. The next dinner series is Fish Week, June 18 to June 24. Served as a prix fixe, the meal is available for $65 per person with an additional $25 for wine pairings, but a la carte items are also offered. [EaterWire]

BROOKHAVEN – Valenza and Haven have begun offering a monthly “Market Meal” in which the respective chefs take turns preparing a three-course meal using seasonal foods found at the farmer’s market. The first dinner starts at 7 p.m. June 20 at Valenza and will highlight items from Dillwood Farms. The cost is $35 with wine pairings available for an additional $20. [EaterWire]
