DOWNTOWN – BLT Steak has extended its Boucherie Series—in which Chef Cyrille Holota uses multiple parts of the same animal in a meal—once again. The next dinner series is Fish Week, June 18 to June 24. BROOKHAVEN – Valenza and Haven have begun offering a monthly “Market Meal” in which the respective chefs take turns preparing a three-course meal using seasonal foods found at the farmer’s market.
