4) Decatur: Replacing Decatur Diner at the corner of East Ponce and Church Street will be Mexican restaurant Hola Mexican Cantina, says Decatur Metro. The eatery recently applied for a liquor license. [PLYWOOD]

5) Cobb County: Boca Raton-based Brookyn Water Bagel will open its first Atlanta shop later this year. Tomorrow's News Today reports that it will take over the former Soup Garden location on Akers Mill Road. [PLYWOOD]
