The latest in the line of the BATON suppers has been announced and it's a big one: Ivan Orkin, ramen restaurateur extraordinaire, will be cooking at Gato Bizco Cafe next Monday and Tuesday. Orkin, a native New Yorker, owns Ivan Ramen in Tokyo, but he's taking his talents to BATON on June 25 and 26. Secure reservations for the $40 plus tip and beverages prix fixe or the 10 p.m. to midnight a la carte ramen bowls via email.
