DECATUR – The folks at No. 246 tell us it’s National Lambrusco Day, and to celebrate, Executive Chef Drew Belline created a special menu with Parmigiano-Reggiano, balsamic vinegar di Modena and prosciutto di Parma, all of which come from Emilia-Romagna, the region where Lambrusco is produced. The restaurant will also host a Lambrusco tasting from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with four Lambrusco wines paired with appetizers. The cost is $15 per person. [EaterWire]
