The Yumbii/Cafe at Pharr pop-up restaurant opening, originally slated for this past Saturday, has been pushed back to Wednesday, June 6. The restaurant will offer Yumbii's sliders with spicy pulled-pork and cucumber kimchee, tilapia fish tacos and sesame fries with sriracha cheese dip and Cafe at Pharr's chicken salad and "market fresh" items, among other items.
