1) Virginia-Highlands: Last month, DBA Barbecue introduced puddin' pops to their menu. The frozen custard concoctions come in flavors like the self-explanatory Chocolate Thin Mint and Elvis versions as well as the Sacred Turtle, which is infused with Whynatte and cake vodka. [Thrillist]

2) Vinings: From June 21-30, South City Kitchen Vinings will feature a special summer menu in addition to their regular fare. Dishes include gulf shrimp and crab ceviche, crisp pig ear salad, beer belly clams, and a lamb burger. [Fifth Group]

3) Decatur: The Pinewood Tippling Room is now serving brunch. Offerings include red velvet waffles, blackened shrimp and grits, sliders, biscuits and gravy, eggs any style, and more. Bloody Mary, mimosa, and milk punch cocktails also make the list. [EaterWire]

4) Decatur: Another Tippling Room menu change comes in the form of a meat-and-two Pinewood Plate. Inspired by "mama's cooking," the plate consists of a main protein like buttermilk chicken or steak and peppercorn gravy as well as Southern-style sides in the form of mac and cheese, collard greens, black-eyed peas, and more. 5) Virginia-Highlands: Summer menu changes are in full effect at Murphy's. Check out the tandoori spiced pork tenderloin, grilled artichokes with aioli, and plenty of seafood dishes. [EaterWire]

6) Westside: In preparation for the warmer weather, FLIP Burger has announced that their Orange Creamsicle and Key Lime milkshakes are back for the season. Add a splash of something stronger to make it a boozy shake if that's what floats your boat. [EaterWire]
