Join Seed Kitchen & Bar and High Road Craft Ice Cream as they introduce new flavor Thai Tea, a collaboration between Keith Schroeder of High Road and Doug Turbush of Seed. The chefs will host a party on the patio at Seed from 2 to 4 p.m. this Saturday, June 9, where guests can meet them and enjoy free Thai tea ice cream and floats and light hors d'oeuvres as well as tamarind Thai tea cocktails for an additional charge.
The Thai tea ice cream was inspired by the passion the chefs share for the culture and flavors of Thailand and is part of High Road's Chefs' Collection series, which has also come out with a chocolate, peanut butter, and pretzel mix by Rosebud's Ron Eyester and a root beer ice cream with spicy peanuts and marshmallows from Nick McCormick at TAP.
