The restaurant scene better keep an eye on Chef Andy Long, warns Jezebel Magazine. Better known as the Fry Guy, Long, who's now sous chef at INC Autentico Street Food in Roswell, has been "making waves" in Atlanta, first with his Belgian frites and speciality sauces at the Fry Guy food truck, and then by revamping the Latin street food-inspired menu at INC to include dishes like pork picadillo tamales with golden raisins and chile-roasted peanuts.
