The team at P'Cheen brought on a new sous chef, and his name is Kevin McCurry. McCurry came to the restaurant as an extern from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy and liked P'Cheen so much that he's sticking around to fill the permanent sous chef position. He's already introduced two new dishes, a coffee and doughnuts dessert and June's curry platter, which is Massamam with chicken, rice and Sriracha bread. [Caren West PR]
