It's time once again for a Georgia barbecue expert to get recognized by the press: Francisca Andrin of Old Brick Pit Barbecue makes Southern Living's Smokin' Hot List of people passionate about their pits. Indonesia-born Andrin grew up eating meat "slathered with molasses and brown sugar," so it may come as a surprise that the barbecue she cooks up at Old Brick Pit is served in vinegar-based sauces in the old Georgian tradition.
