Richard Blais cooked and caught up with fellow cheftestapant Carla Hall on ABC's the Chew. In the episode, he talks about his worst nightmare (not being good-looking enough to sit next to Clinton Kelly), his hair, Top Chef, and losing 60-70 pounds in five years.
