BUCKHEAD – Local Three and Muss & Turner’s Chef Todd Mussman is leading Big Green Egg grilling classes on the Local Three patio, starting July 15. The $150 class includes beer, wine and champagne. On the menu: smoked scallops, cebois relleños al carbon (baked stuffed roasted sweet onions filled with beef picadillo, with tomato coulis), grill-roasted mussels in wine with a garlic crostini, coppa chops milanese (Gum Creek Farm pork shoulder in a pan sauce of mushrooms, tomato, wine basil and pecorino), and assorted desserts.
