eaterpgc716.jpegBorn out of the Atlanta Underground Market and Atlanta Nosh, a group of home chefs calling themselves Pangaea Global Cuisine is attempting to raise money to secure a commercial kitchen and equipment through Kickstarter. They made their name making Senegalese lamb sliders, Ethiopian food, and mealworm pralines for the markets, and now they've started a catering company that will also host public and private events. Pangaea will be featured at the very last AUM this Saturday, July 21. [EaterWire]
