Reports on Eclectic Bistro & Bar and More

1) Midtown: Eclectic Bistro and Bar plans to open on Piedmont Avenue around the first week of August. The restaurant will serve European food, with dishes ranging from Mediterranean to Russian. [PLYWOOD]

2) Dekalb: Coming soon to Northlake Mall is Fork in the Road, an eatery that will offer lunch and dinner items like burgers, fried chicken, and salads with sauces and dressings made in-house daily. According to North Druid Hills Patch, the restaurant will open this summer. [PLYWOOD]

3) Morningside: Burger Tap has closed and will soon be replaced by Waffold, which will offer customers gourmet waffle sandwiches. Tomorrow's News Today thinks that one of the co-creators of Burger Tap will be involved in the new eatery. [PLYWOOD]

4) Brookhaven: Tomorrow's News Today also announces that Boneheads will open another location in TOWN Brookhaven. The restaurant will be situated next door to Moe's in the complex. [PLYWOOD]

5) TBD: Atlanta Magazine has some more information on upcoming sandwich shop Villains. The magazine spoke to Jared Lee Pyles, formerly of HD1 about the restaurant this week. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

6) Grayson, GA: Another farm-to-table restaurant is set to open this month. The AJC announces that Graft will serve diners from a seasonal menu that uses local produce in the space that used to be Stillwater and Grayson House. Blake Hargroder will head the kitchen. [PLYWOOD]
