WESTSIDE - Cardamom Hill is now serving a gluten-free version of its Kerala-style fried chicken. The fried chicken requires days of preparation including brining, marinating and frying it in hot coconut oil. [EaterWire]

BUCKHEAD - IHOP has debuted three new kinds of pancakes for summer, available through September 2. These "signature" pancakes cost $4.99 and up and include red velvet, strawberry and whole wheat with banana varieties. [EaterWire]
