Crime Wire

Two women in their mid-twenties were robbed at gunpoint outside Barcelona Wine Bar in Inman Park late Saturday night. A "nicely-dressed man" came up behind the women and pressed a gun into one of their backs after midnight on North Highland Avenue. When they struggled, he fired a shot above the women's heads and stole one of their purses—from which he later used a credit card and purchased around $5,000 worth of goods. The police have surveillance videos of the man charging items to the card, but he has not yet been found. [WSB TV]
