Top Chef cheftestapant and local celeb restaurateur Richard Blais created a cookbook, and it hits stores February 26, 2013 from Clarkson Potter. Blais wrote the text for the book, titled Try This At Home: Recipes from My Head to Your Plate, himself, and the foreword is by Tom Colicchio. This first cookbook from the chef was originally set to "feature 100 to 125 recipes in "Blais's signature style—a creative and often quirky approach to cooking and food" in November of this year.
