It's five o'clock somewhere, and soon Atlanta will be able to celebrate by purchasing pick-me-ups from two Starbucks locations. Two stores, on West Paces Ferry and Howell Mill Road, have been approved by the Atlanta License Review Board to sell beer and wine and will do so unless Mayor Kasim Reed denies the permits. The alcohol won't be sold until after 2 p.m. each day as the stores hope to attract people "winding down from work."
