Last month, Grace Lee purchased Las Palmeras, and today the restaurant, now known as Cruzado, launches its transitional menu. The restaurant will still serve Cuban food, but "it's better" now, according to chef Patric Bell, who is expanding the menu, revamping old favorites, and "taking it all to the next level."
