Cuban Food Wire

New, 2 comments

eaterlp726.jpegLast month, Grace Lee purchased Las Palmeras, and today the restaurant, now known as Cruzado, launches its transitional menu. The restaurant will still serve Cuban food, but "it's better" now, according to chef Patric Bell, who is expanding the menu, revamping old favorites, and "taking it all to the next level." Bell was the executive chef at West Egg for seven years and has been brought on by Lee to "reinvent this Atlanta treasure." [EaterWire]
