3) Bluffton, GA: A restaurant opened last weekend on the grounds of White Oak Pastures. Atlanta Magazine says that the restaurant, called Pasture to Plate, kicked off service by inviting chef Kevin Gillespie into the kitchen. 4) Decatur: The Williamsburg Village shopping center on Clairmont and Briarcliff will soon be home to Himalayan Spice Restaurant and Bar, which will be housed in the old Asian Buffet II spot.
