3) Bluffton, GA: A restaurant opened last weekend on the grounds of White Oak Pastures. Atlanta Magazine says that the restaurant, called Pasture to Plate, kicked off service by inviting chef Kevin Gillespie into the kitchen. Produce, beef, and poultry are all sourced hyper locally from the farm itself. [CONFIRMED OPEN]

4) Decatur: The Williamsburg Village shopping center on Clairmont and Briarcliff will soon be home to Himalayan Spice Restaurant and Bar, which will be housed in the old Asian Buffet II spot. Here’s a direct quote from Tomorrow’s News Today on what the restaurant will serve: “While I am unable to definitively confirm it, I think it's safe to say the restaurant will feature Indian, Tibetan or Nepali cuisine or a combination of all three.” [PLYWOOD]
