Shane Touhy has replaced Boyd Rose as executive chef at Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails in Alpharetta. Chef Touhy has worked at Atlanta's Dogwood Restaurant and Blue Ridge Grill, and currently also holds a position in the kitchen of The Big Ketch. Chef Rose reportedly resigned to spend time with his family and move forward in his career. [RiA]
