1) Westside: A revamp is in the works for Swit Bakery and Cafe, which is changing not only its name but its concept. The bakery is still open for business but will soon become a bistro and bar. [AJC]

2) Buckhead: Fig Jam Kitchen & Bar plans to relocate to a new space on Peachtree Road. The new restaurant at 1010 Peachtree will be smaller and more casual. [AJC]

3) Midtown: Cafe Intermezzo's new location will join other restaurants like STK, Cucina Asellina, and RA Sushi in the 12th & Midtown development in November. The restaurant's original location at 1845 Peachtree Road will close when the new one opens. [CL]

4) Buckhead: Dallas-based Del Frisco's Grille is set to open doors in Atlanta. The restaurant is coming to 3525 Piedmont Road NE this fall, so be prepared to "meat up" (it's their motto) there soon. [AJC]

5) Decatur: The managing director of BurgerFi thinks "Atlanta is the king of the South," and wants to bring fifteen restaurants in Georgia in the next three years. The first will open in the Emory Point development by December. [ABC]

6) Alpharetta: After some scuffles with the Planning Commission in Alpharetta, Pollo Tropical has been approved to open by North Point Mall. The restaurant will have a drive-thru and will be located on Haynes Bridge Road near the mall. Chipotle and Corner Bakery will also open restaurants in that area. [RIA]
