Quentin Donnaud, executive chef of Coast Seafood & Raw Bar, will appear in an episode of Chopped on the Food Network August 21. To celebrate the occasion, Coast is hosting a viewing party sponsored by Mt. Gay Rum, from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., with the show starting at 10 p.m. Complimentary appetizers will be served and rum punch will be available for $5. In addition, Quentin will be serving a special a la carte menu with only the ingredients listed. Diners will have to guess what each actual dish is. Ingredients include gummy worms, white shrimp, Mount Gay rum, and potato chips in the appetizer; beef hangar steak, grapes, Mount Gay rum, and matzah in the entree; and beets, jalapenos, Mount Gay rum, and grits in dessert.
