MIDTOWN – Empire State South has added some new items to its ever-changing menu. This includes the Kona Kampachi appetizer made with shoyu mayonnaise, fermented pepper paste, crisp squash bloom, lardo and shiso; and the Hawaiian Farm dessert—a coconut milk-goat cheese Bavarian with lemon streusel, plum-hibiscus sorbet, toasted coconut, figs and honey gastrique, available for $7.
