Shortly after opening its doors to the public, H&F Bread Co. lost its head baker, a Mr. Rob Alexander. Alon's Bakery and Market will reap the benefits of H&F's loss, however, as Alexander has decided to work in their bakery. No word on who will replace Alexander at H&F yet. Got a hunch?
