OLD 4TH WARD – 4th & Swift will have a Break the Fast after sundown on September 26 in honor of Yom Kippur. While the menu has not been finalized, highlights from last year include "poulet rouge" consommé with Hen of the Woods mushrooms, fennel and matzo dumplings; smoked trout salad with candied lemon and bitter greens; and braised brisket with red beets, potatoes, white cabbage and horseradish; plus dessert, of course. WESTSIDE - Meehan's Chef Nathan Rajotte has released his new A Cut Above menu—a special menu that will run now through September in conjunction with the normal menu, further highlighting his culinary skills.
