DECATUR - No. 246 is now offering four-course family-style suppers served every Monday through Thursday for $18 per adult and $6 per child. The menu includes toast with local roasted sweet peppers, local basil, shaved heirloom garlic, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt; local greens with house-dried oregano vinaigrette, pepperoncinis, tomatoes, shaved local red onions and feta; and a choice of pasta dishes (one per person); as well as shared zeppoles for dessert. BROOKHAVEN - The 2nd annual Brookhaven Chili Cookoff is September 22 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with tastings from noon to 3 p.m..
