DOWNTOWN – BLT Steak is donating 50 percent of all dessert purchases this month to The Hudson Family Foundation, an organization led by Atlanta Braves pitcher Tim Hudson and his wife to make “a positive and long lasting impact in the lives of children who have a genuine need for assistance with regard to a specific physical, emotional or financial circumstance.” This includes sticky toffee pudding, crepe soufflé, bittersweet chocolate tart, and the peanut butter chocolate parfait.
