Taka Moriuchi of the eponymous Taka has brought his Menchi Katsu burger, made with deep-fried hamburger pate, back to the sushi restaurant. He's taking a page from Holeman & Finch's book, though, and only offering it on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. [EaterWire]
