Is Atlanta Ready for Blood?

eaterzs925.pngIn response to a food writer who said Atlanta "wasn't ready for blood dishes," Zeb Stevenson of Proof & Provision may or may not be organizing a five-course all-blood dinner on November 15. He also may or may not have enlisted a few other Atlanta chefs, like the Lawrence's Shane Devereux, Empire State South's Ryan Smith, and Abattoir's Tyler Williams, to help prepare the meal, which may or may not include blood ganache.
