Chef Shuffles

Todd Stein starts as TWO Urban Licks's brand new executive chef in February. Previously, Stein staged under Eric Ripert at Le Bernadin and helmed the kitchens at the Florentine in Chicago; David Burke, Las Vegas; and Minneapolis's BANK.
