Melissa Allen will join the Victory Sandwich Bar team as co-executive chef. Previously, she worked at Pura Vida, Miso Izakaya, and Shaun's, and she'll join Josh Sample in the kitchen at Victory, whose second location is slated to open in a few weeks in downtown Decatur. [CL]
