Poncey Highland has bubble tea now, and it can be purchased starting today at one Honey Bubble, conveniently located across the street from Clermont Lounge. The shop serves bubble tea— a green or black tea-based drink served cold or hot with flavored syrups (think coconut, lavender, watermelon, caramel) and honey-infused tapioca pearls, aloe vera jelly, or coffee jelly— as well as bottled espresso, Brooklyn egg creams, sorbet, gelato, and pastries. It's open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
