Southern Living's made their picks for the region's top bars and chose three Atlanta spots (plus one in Savannah!). Leon's Full Service is one of the best restaurant bars, H. Harper Station is recognized for their cobblers, and Holeman & Finch for bitters. They also call H&F's Greg Best the "bitters poster boy." [SL]
