Chef Shuffles

Chris Lee will helm the kitchen of Yum Bunz when it opens at the end of February. The chef worked with owner Mike Blum at the Real Chow Baby, and will soon cook steamed buns and Korean wraps— bao and ssam— at the new restaurant.
