Seafood restaurant Pier 213 will open in Marietta Square in two weeks. Starting February 13, the restaurant hopes to "take the mystery out of seafood" by serving fresh, fast-casual Gulf Coast fare like crab cakes, low country boils, and po' boys. It'll be open at 35 S.
