Newly Renovated Decatur Taco Mac Now Open

Taco Mac in downtown Decatur reopens today. The restaurant— now going by T.MAC Sports Grill— shuttered in August for renovations and now has a street-front patio, increased seating capacity, a game room, a six-top spinning booth, 64 LED televisions, and reclaimed gym floors in a space designed by ai3. In addition to the redesigned interior, patrons will find a larger beer menu— 100 draft and 75 bottled brews— and some new food options. The Atlanta-based restaurant group opened its first location in Virginia Highland in 1979; there are now 28 in three states.
Open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday; 240 W. Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur.
