In celebration of its 50th anniversary, the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma is partnering with chefs Drew Belline and Nick Leahy of restaurants No. 246 and Saltyard, respectively, for Taste of Atlanta's Inside the Food Studio: Eating Italy. On Sunday, October 27nd, Drew Belline from No. 246 will prepare a roasted squash risotto with Prosciutto di Parma while Nick Leahy from Saltyard cooks up orrechiete pasta with cauliflower and Prosciutto di Parma. Both chefs will demo their dishes live, on stage, while sharing tips, tricks, and their favorite serving suggestions for the world's most famous ham.
