Chef Hector Santiago prepared everything from wood grilled pork loin with a summerland chile-sorgum rub to a dark chocolate bonbon with a pig's blood ganache, matched with innovative cocktails like the Summerland Farm Fig Manhattan—made with Knob Creek® Kentucky Straight Bourbon, sweet vermouth, Summerland Farm preserved figs, and Angostura bitters, with a coppa-draped fig garnish. Crowning the evening was an entertaining and educational butchering demonstration from chef Santiago and celebrity chef Michael Symon.

The nose-to-tail specialists at new Westside hotspot Abattoir welcomed the Knob Creek® Big Flavor Dinner Series to Atlanta with a four-course pork smorgasbord, accompanied by paired Knob Creek® cocktails and fun facts and history from Knob Creek® distillery expert Adam Harris.
