Chef Todd Stein of TWO Urban Licks shared some of his "fiery American cooking" with the lucky guests at the latest stop for Knob Creek's Big Flavor Dinner Series. The menu, which included a family-style whole hog entrée, was matched with a list of innovative cocktails like the Kentucky 75, a twist on the classic French 75, that mixed Knob Creek® Kentucky Straight Bourbon, elderflower liquor, lemon juice, and sparkling wine. Knob Creek® distillery expert Adam Harris was also on hand to share fun facts and whiskey history, while chef Stein led a no-holds-barred carving demonstration.
