While Paper Plane may be known for its fantastic cocktail program, helmed by Paul Calvert, the Decatur spot also has stellar dinner offerings in a menu created by Melissa Allen and Josh Sample. Now, starting November 4, the restaurant will open on Mondays for a one-night-a-week steakhouse, serving "classic steakhouse fare at vintage steakhouse prices" along with whiskey and gin cocktails and red wine.
