Eater National has a first look at Anne Quatrano's cookbook, Summerland: Recipes for Celebrating with Southern Hospitality, which released this month from Rizzoli. This is Quatrano's debut cookbook; the chef also owns Atlanta restaurants Floataway Cafe, Abattoir, Star Provisions, Quinones, and Bacchanalia. Says Eater National:
