A Look at Anne Quatrano's Debut Cookbook, Summerland

Eater National has a first look at Anne Quatrano's cookbook, Summerland: Recipes for Celebrating with Southern Hospitality, which released this month from Rizzoli. This is Quatrano's debut cookbook; the chef also owns Atlanta restaurants Floataway Cafe, Abattoir, Star Provisions, Quinones, and Bacchanalia. Says Eater National:

[Summerland] centers on feasts: each chapter is dedicated to a seasonal celebration at the farm, from a Thanksgiving meal to a midsummer fig feast to a tea party that celebrated the engagement of no fewer than six of Quatrano's employees.
