Soon, New York City will experience the glory that is the fine Southern cooking of Atlanta's own Linton Hopkins and Steven Satterfield. The local chefs head up this Sunday for Eater Eve, where they'll show off our regional cuisine by making peanut macaroons topped with peanut-fed ham (Hopkins) and cornmeal johnny cakes with a kale and fennel slaw and pulled pork (Satterfield).
