Behind the paywall at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Jon Watson is back with a review of Article 14. He awards it two stars and says, despite the fact that creator of the "masculine" bar program Arianne Fielder has moved on: "Overall, Article 14 succeeds as an impressive cocktail-driven destination for locals, offering a nice range of enjoyable snacks and shared plates backed by a very strong bar program. With a little more tweaking to the execution of some of the dishes, it could become a destination for more than just the post-work law crowd. If you are in the area, it is certainly worth stopping by."
For Creative Loafing, Austin Holt calls Castleberry Hill barbecue spot Smoke Ring " a bold but casual take on a classic concept in a city where bold takes on the classics have become the norm." He adds: "Smoke Ring succeeds as a welcome addition to a neighborhood that needs some welcome additions."
