All the latest neighborhood and real estate news from Curbed Atlanta.
CITYWIDE— With so many changes on tap for Atlanta in 2014, Curbed took some time to reflect on the city's past — and juxtapose that with the present (see above). More time-lapse photos right here.
KIRKWOOD— This former Atlanta library branch in Kirkwood was converted to a residence in the 1990s, and it's surprisingly swank and warm. The owner has been asking $600,000 for years.
INMAN PARK— Speaking of historic properties, it doesn't get much more stately than the Hurt Mansion in Inman Park, built for the neighborhood's designer in 1904. Price is a cool $1.9 million.
