Ford Fry will be previewing the King + Duke menu at City Grit in NYC on February 7. That's a bit far, but it does give us a peek into what'll be served when the restaurant, helmed by chef Joseph Schafer, opens in Buckhead this April: shrimp "pan roast," coal-roasted beets and oak-grilled carrots, rib-eye wood roast with slow-roasted short rib, and more.
