Roswell-based cupcake and frozen yogurt shop Cloud 9 will soon have a third location, this one in Dunwoody. It's taking over the former Yoforia space at Perimeter Mall, and partner Michael Pettenato hopes to be open by March 1, as he's appearing on Cupcake Wars on March 3. [TNT]
